Brilliant Volunteers is a new national initiative created to recognise, reward, and give back to the people who give their time and energy to our communities.
Founded by Diane Richmond, Brilliant Volunteers exists to acknowledge the vital contribution made by volunteers across charities, schools, sporting events, healthcare, and local community groups throughout the UK. These individuals are the backbone of our society, and their contribution deserves meaningful recognition.
Brilliant Volunteers officially launched on 1st December 2025 at the Arthur Rank Hospice Conference Centre in Cambridge. The event marked the start of an ambitious programme designed to transform how volunteering is recognised and rewarded nationwide.
The launch was met with an overwhelmingly positive response, reinforcing the need for a structured and sustainable way to thank those who give so much of themselves.
We are now preparing to bring Brilliant Volunteers fully to life.
This page will soon feature a growing range of offers, experiences, and rewards, all available to book as soon as they appear. New opportunities will be added regularly, with the platform going fully live in January 2026. We are just putting the final touches to the "Founder Member" incentive and then we will be live.
Brilliant Volunteers is open to everyone, with a dedicated discounted benefit available exclusively to registered Brilliant Volunteers as a way of rewarding the time and energy they invest in our communities.
Brilliant Volunteers was created to move beyond traditional expressions of thanks.
Our aim is to recognise the true value of volunteering, support volunteer retention, encourage new participation, and create a culture where generosity is met with genuine gratitude. By doing so, we hope to elevate volunteering from a quiet sacrifice to a celebrated national contribution.
We are excited about what lies ahead and look forward to sharing our early offers and partnerships.
Please check back soon, and in the meantime, follow Brilliant Volunteers on Facebook or LinkedIn for the latest updates.
Warm regards,
Diane Richmond
